Fulham Depot Client Erith Contractors Ltd.
The Depot is sitting within the Imperial gasworks conservation area. Over the years this site has undergone significant restoration and when it became privately owned in 1965 they have created a space for local businesses to work but incorporated the heritage that comes from this historical site.
Here at Barrett Control Systems Ltd we installed a full Tridium N4 BMS system to control the heating system, ventilation system, HWS system and monitor the buildings utility metering. The metering compromises electricity, water and gas.
Lords Cricket Ground Training Centre.
Lords indoor cricket centre is a facility at Lords cricket ground for indoor cricket games and training. Built in 1995 the indoor cricket school was designed to utilise natural light for the playing area.
When the cricket centre upgraded there plant room boilers, heating pumps and hot water systems Barrett Control Systems Ltd upgraded there existing BMS system to control the new plant efficiency with energy saving in mind.
Whitefield's Academy Trust
Whitefields Academy Trust is a special needs school in Walthamstow London for children with a wide range of physical, educational and behavioural needs.
When Whitefields upgraded there plant rooms, Barrett Control Systems Ltd installed brand new Tridium N4 BMS systems across 2 plant rooms for there heating and hot water systems installing 2 control panels with user friendly graphical displays.
Hillingdon Civic Centre
Hillingdon Civic Centre is a grade 2 listed building situated in Uxbridge London. It was formally opened in 1979 and serves as the headquarters for Hillingdon London Borough council.
The Civic Centre have installed new heating and ventilation plants to an existing plant room. During this Barrett Control Systems Ltd installed a new Tridium N4 BMS systems to control the newly installed heating system, AHU, extract fans and AC systems that served the library and regeneration office.
